Abu Sufian’s journey into property management began when he entered a Real Estate office and discovered the area where the Property Management Team worked. Recognising his passion for managing things properly, he pursued a course to become a Property Manager. Currently specialising in conducting various inspections and managing arrears, Abu Sufian encountered a complex issue involving damage to the carpet in a tenanted house occupied by four young men. The situation escalated with multiple tenant transfers and complaints, leading to their departure. Despite attempts to conceal damage, the last tenant disappeared after receiving a VCAT notice. Abu Sufian, understanding the landlord’s concerns, applied to VCAT and successfully obtained the bond, resolving the issue effectively.
